As we do everything in house ourselves we aim to get pets back to families in 3 to 10 business days. A public holiday may delay this.

Unfortunately, we do not allow drop offs, however, we can collect from you home address or your vet. A fee for this service applies. 

No due to strict Work safe and health and safety regulations this is not possible and also not recommended.

Yes we can do that, just give us as much notice as possible.

Yes absolutely we use fine brushes in each stage to collect as many cremains as possible.

Yes, we have afterpay facilities on our mobile eftpos machine there is a 3% surcharge for afterpay and a 2.5% surcharge for paywave transactions.
